Wheelers Cycle Club
The club was formed in 1933 and members
still meet regularly for organised cycling
events and various social get-togethers.
Octogenarian Jim has fully embraced digital
technology - he has a keen interest in digital
photography and he also maintains the
Wheelers website which you can view here.
“The website is a labour love” says Jim
“It traces the history of a remarkable social
and cycling club from which developed all
the various aspects of racing, tricycling,
camping, youth hostelling, BB weekends
and lifelong friendships. It is a club of which
everyone who has been a member can be
justifiably proud”.
